At Beyond Breathing, we offer breathwork sessions that create this space. Guided by compassionate, experienced facilitators, these sessions support emotional release, mental clarity, and a deep nervous system reset. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about softening into a practice that helps you feel lighter, clearer, and more present—with yourself, and your life. Every breathwork session we offer is held with care, intention, and emotional safety. Currently we are organizing our Sessions in the beautiful Turia park, surrounded by the grounding stillness of nature.

We create environments where you can gently tune in, let go, and feel fully supported as you reconnect with yourself.

 

In-Person and online options

Our trained facilitators are located in Valencia, Spain and Braunschweig, Germany. However, if you are located in a different part of the world, we are happy to arrange a personal online Breathwork sesson for you.
